
Once you’ve found a property you’d like to make an offer on, I will prepare a Sale and Purchase agreement for the property and meet with you to complete your offer.
Your offer will include the following:
- Purchase Price Deposit payable on acceptance of the offer or at the latest, on confirmation of all of your conditions. Check your deposit is accessible when required.
- Setttlement date: This is the day you wish to move in and the balance of the funds are paid to the Vendors Solicitor through your solicitor.
- Conditions required: (Title, LIM, Finance, Building Report, Insurance, Subject to Selling your existing home etc). I will talk you through what is relevant for you.
- Chattels: Check all the chattels noted on the marketing material and the sale and purchase agreement match with what is in the property.
- It is important to note in between counter offers any other party may enter the negotiations, making it a Multi Offer situation.
